VEGETATION: The entire ranch is useable by livestock. The primary grass is a tobosa sod with some Black Grama, Blue Grama, Sideoats Grama, Rothrock Grama, Curly Mesquite and Laymans Lovegrass in places. There are some mesquite and greasewood shrubs depending on soil type on the ranch.
WILDLIFE: The Double E Ranch is home to mule deer, javelina, bobcats, coyotes, quail, dove and hawks.
