Location:   The Bar Eleven Ranch is north of Globe, Arizona, in the Tonto National Forest. The ranch lies on both sides of the Salt River at the east end of Roosevelt Lake. The ranch headquarters is on the A Cross Road just west of State Route 288, a paved road (Young Road). The drive from the Globe-Miami area to the headquarters takes about 30 minutes.

Acreage:   110 Deeded Acres + 52,000 Acres estimated in Tonto Forest Grazing Permits = 52,110 Total Acres approximately or 81.42 Sections.

Carrying Capacity :  Forest Permits include the Sierra Ancha Mountains and Poison Springs allotments with a combined permitted capacity of 112 head year long.

Real Estate Taxes:   $3,222.00 for 2012. Gila County Assessor's Parcel Numbers are 204-01-001A and –001B.

Grazing Fees: The 2012 Federal Grazing Fee is $1.35 per head per month. Based on 112 animal units, the annual 2012 grazing fee is estimated to be $1,814.40.

Elevation::  From 2,700± feet along the Salt River rising to 4,800± feet in the Sierra Ancha Mountains on the north side of the ranch.

Climate:  Rainfall averages 16 – 17 inches annually at the lower elevations increasing to 21+ inches at the higher elevations.

Vegetation:  This ranch is truly a year-round ranch with a wide variety of excellent browses, perennial grasses and annuals. Typically, there is no supplemental feeding necessary.

Improvements: 

MAIN HOME 1,578 sq. feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen, front porch, evaporative cooling, propane heater, fireplace and carport.

Utilities:   Electricity at the ranch headquarters is provided by a 28KW Kabota diesel generator. The ranch has telephone service at the headquarters. Propane is used for heating and cooking. Domestic water at the headquarters comes from the A Cross Spring located just off the deeded land. The ranch holds a certificated-water right to 9.0 acre feet annually from this spring.

Livestock:  No livestock are included in the sale of this ranch.

Remarks:  This ranch lies at the foot of the Sierra Ancha Mountains and looks out over Roosevelt Lake, Arizona's larger interior lake, and the rugged mountains surrounding it. The headquarters is at an elevation of 3,010 feet and enjoys warm summers and mild winters. The headquarters is at the upper edge of the Saguaro Cactus range.

The ranch has been stocked with 60 head of cattle until the summer of 2011. Currently the ranch is permitted for 112 head of cattle annually.
